
For the past two years I have been growing and developing Scrumptious into the success it is today. Quietly in the background has been my rock, my darling husband Max, who's day job was Principle Reliability Specialist for Newcrest Mining. However, a significant company restructure meant the closure of their Brisbane office and hence Max was made redundant after 15 years. The upside is that we looked at this as a positive opportunity to spend more time together and Max has now joined the Scrumptious Team permanently. To begin his new role at the café Max travelled to Sydney and spent 2 days with our coffee roaster "Instaurator" to gain a full understanding the coffee bean journey and the science behind the product we deliver. Pictured above is Max (on left - the handsome one) & "Inny" our World Guru Coffee Roaster at his factory. So come along and meet the love of my love who is now my Barista in Training. I am so VERY EXCITED to be continuing the Scrumptious journey with Max by my side.
